Welcome at Vila K29!

The house is located in the center of Bovec, so you have 150 m to the shopping store, 200 m to the restaurant and cafe, 300 m to the pharmacy, and the same to all providers of sports activities. Despite being in the center, it is secluded in an alley and allows a lot of peace and privacy. You will have access to each apartment with a separate entrance.

The categorization is 3 ***, but we equipped each apartment with everything you need to fit 4 **** in comfort.

Parking is free with a permit in the nearby parking lot, which is 300 m away from Villa K29. Upon arrival, you park next to the house so that you can take your luggage to the apartment in peace, refresh yourself, and then drive the car to the secure parking lot.

Apartment I (4 persons)

The apartment is 50 m2 in size and is suitable for 4 people. The double bedroom is located in the attic and has air conditioning, a safety deposit box and a rest platform suitable for sleeping, reading a book or just daydreaming. On request we offer also a baby cot. The bathroom has a spacious shower. The kitchen is fully equipped and has all utensils, a dishwasher, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee machine, a water heater and a large large refrigerator with freezer. In the living room there is a sofa that extends into a bed for 2 people. Of course, the apartment also has WI-FI and TV, but it might happen that you will not need them at all because of the beauties and adventures! Bed linen and towels are provided upon arrival.

Apartment II (4 persons)

The apartment is 50 m2 in size and is suitable for 4 people. The bedroom with a double bed is in the attic and has air conditioning and a safety deposit box. On request we offer also a baby cot. The spacious bathroom with a bathtub and a roof window offers a view of the starry sky. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all utensils, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle and large refrigerator with freezer. The living room has a sofa that extends into a double bed. Of course, the apartment also has WI-FI and TV, but you probably won’t miss them at all due to all the adventures. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.

Apartment III (7 persons)

The size of the apartment is 74 m2 and is suitable for 7 people. There are two bedrooms: the first has three beds and the second has two beds. On request we offer also a baby cot. The bathroom is spacious and has a bathtub. The kitchen is fully equipped, with all utensils, dishwasher, built-in oven and microwave, toaster, coffee maker, water heater and large refrigerator with freezer. The living room has a lounger and a sofa that extends into an extra bed for two people. Of course, the apartment also has WI-FI and TV, but believe us, you will hardly think about them because of all the adventures and beauties. Bed linen and towels are provided on arrival.
